Helen Johnstone

I'm Helen and first found Jazzercise in 2010 and became an instructor in 2012.  I've been lucky enough to teach classes all across the north east in that time.

In addition to Jazzercise, I work full time as a teacher at a local school.  Jazzercise helps me switch off after a long day at work.

I also enjoy listening to podcasts while walking in the local area and indulge my inner child by building the odd lego set.

I'm looking forward to joining the West team and to meeting you all in class!
