This circuit-based class boosts metabolism and strength with minimal impact.  Targeted strength training combines with HIIT-style low-impact intervals for a dynamic workout.

Your instructor will greet you on arrival, with easy self check-in. 

Please bring a water bottle, your own hand weights and a mat.  If you have resistance bands you could bring these too if you wish to use them.
