This dynamic fusion of interval exercises, strength training, and dance cardio will maximise calorie burn and sculpt lean muscle.

Your instructor will greet you on arrival, with easy self check-in. 

Please bring a water bottle, your own hand weights and a mat.  If you have resistance bands you could bring these too if you wish to use them.  These can be left at the sides of the hall.
