Build lean muscle in this strength training class.  You'll squat, push-up and plank your way to total-body wellness with routines that sculpt and tone every muscle in your body.

Your instructor will greet you on arrival, with easy self check-in. 

Please bring a water bottle, your own hand weights and a mat.  If you have resistance bands you could bring these too if you wish to use them.
