Minimal impact, maximum results. Get your heart rate up without a hop, skip, or jump in our signature dance-based class format. High impact movements are replaced with muscle-focused alternatives to protect your joints and maximize your results.

When you enter the hall our class manager will check you in using the Punchpass app.

Please bring a water bottle, your own hand weights and a mat.  If you have resistance bands you could bring these too if you wish to use them.
